TLOY Criteria/Factors

• Trials and arbitrations (if they are not confidential), not settlements

• Attorney must reside or have office located in Marin and/or trial was located in Marin

• Attorneys who currently live or have office in Marin will be given special consideration

• MTLA Members who have moved within the last two years will be considered regardless of location of residence, office, or trial
