Why Are Bar-Bench Relations Crucial?
Ensuring strong relationships between attorneys and judges is crucial for several reasons. Firstly, it fosters a more efficient and effective legal system. Good rapport and mutual respect facilitate clearer communication and cooperation, leading to smoother courtroom proceedings and more equitable outcomes
