TLOY Criteria/Factors
- Trials and arbitrations (if they are not confidential), not settlements
- Attorney must reside or have office located in Marin and/or trial was located in Marin
- Attorneys who currently live or have office in Marin will be given special consideration
- MTLA Members who have moved within the last two years will be considered regardless of location of residence, office, or trial
- Diversity & inclusiveness
To nominate someone for the MTLA Trial Lawyer of the Year (TLOY), please click here to submit your nomination with the following information:
- Case name and venue
- A description of the case, including the verdict or award
- Names of all attorneys involved in the trial and their contact information
- A statement confirming that the case or attorneys meet the nomination criteria:
- Trials and arbitrations (if they are not confidential), not settlements
- The attorney must reside or have an office located in Marin and/or the trial must have been located in Marin
- Attorneys who currently live or have an office in Marin will be given special consideration
- MTLA members who have moved within the last two years will be considered, regardless of the location of residence, office, or trial
