MTLA Trial Lawyer of the Year (TLOY) Nomination

To nominate someone for the MTLA Trial Lawyer of the Year (TLOY), please click here to submit your nomination with the following information:

• Case name and venue

• A description of the case, including the verdict or award

• Names of all attorneys involved in the trial and their contact information

• A statement confirming that the case or attorneys meet the nomination criteria:

  • Trials and arbitrations (if they are not confidential), not settlements

  • The attorney must reside or have an office located in Marin and/or the trial must have been located in Marin

  • Attorneys who currently live or have an office in Marin will be given special consideration

  • MTLA members who have moved within the last two years will be considered, regardless of the location of residence, office, or trial
